..for this site that is. Its still being touched up but its totally doped! Its a shame half of the features nobody will ever see or notice. haha.. Its really meant for me. Time for some link love.
Things you will see
Things you won’t see/notice
Well, its so nice and decent that I’ll be sharing it with my brother cos we do exactly the same things with our blog. Almost.. just waiting for that elusive iphone admin interface to get working with WordPress 2.5. I think I have just a little bit of details here and there such as his header and the colour scheme to take care of. Total time spent.. hmm… 10-15hours spread over a few days? Thats like really fast man. I guess its because its very low on graphics and I didn’t have to mess around with the CSS alot. I paid attention to web standards, typography, shades and author useability more than anything this time. I really like it! Don’t foresee it changing much in the near future. Think my skillz are not yet madz.. but it is getting there. My design still needs tons of improvement.

Well, I reverted the theme to my trusty blood and sweat one.. Heh.. Turns out the theme wasn’t messing up the posting, it was an errant plugin still living in the pre 2.3 era with some database calls that don’t agree with wp2.3. I shall redesign when I am free.. just as an exercise.

Once you start seeing so many green lines (”asides” as wordpress users would call and use them), you know I have no time for lengthy posts. haha..

I was bored so I decided to make the comments in the popup thing threaded. It wasn’t too hard, I shall make a franken-plugin when I can merge both (inline-ajax-comments, brian’s threaded comments) seamlessly.. they work so well together! Only thing annoying is that I cannot get it to redirect to the comment page properly! rah!!!! Prob some noob problems I’m getting. I’m so going to make this plugin and release it when I’m done with the exams..

Well, now you can see comments inline without loading another page by clicking the show comments thingy! Of course, if you decide to add a comment you still have to go to the post’s page in question..
This is all made possible by Inline Ajax Comments
