I think I’m just beginning to accept that the canon is not the same as the olympus and I shouldn’t expect it to be. Shall dig up its strengths and change the way I take photos.

Roast Duck at the Mosque.. or rather, more accurately, at the coffeeshop near the mosque. haha.. It would sound so wrong if i said that about the pork. Anyway, this is one of the first photos I have taken with the G9 and like. I had to crop it to 16:9 though.

Somemore random photos. I’m still taking lousy photos with the G9, I’m just not used to it! The colors are off, the speeds are slower than the c5050 and the image stabilisation is not hannah-proof and it really only helps in situations where you are snapping static objects. Quite disappointing I must say. That said, I’ve seen tons of great photos from it and I think I really need to give it quite abit more time to know what settings are great to use. Still, here’re some photos from the crapper today!

I was thinking I could name my G9 “Crapper”. So I can say my photos are from the crapper. Hahaha..

I CAN’T BELIEVE IT. WINDOWS PHOTO GALLERY IS ABLE TO VIEW, CONVERT AND UPLOAD RAW FILES TO FLICKR ALMOST ALL BY ITSELF. Too bad it doesn’t do rotating while importing. I can’t process the Raw files too. Still.. It makes the upload so easy.

I was ambushed by a book this afternoon. It was entitled “God is Not Great” and I cease to be captivated by their arguments which are summarised as such.

• God is not fair
• God is a mass murderer
• Human reason PWNs all (cos we all know that we’re the smartest beings on earth and we make no mistakes in our reason. THATS why the whole world agrees on everything and there are no wars)

Those are the most common bunch.. And today in my “everyday in the word” I read Psalm 145 which is
