I’m Getting Abit Fitter!

Now my somewhat irregular (but almost daily) exercise regime consists of

  • 20 Situps
  • 20 Squats + arm curl (do together, save time.. haha)
  • 20 Pushups
  • 30-40 Buddha clap + Tiptoes
  • Rinse and repeat whole thing 1 more time

Its quite strenuous man. haha… Usually second set I can’t finish the push ups after 10 or so. Today I tried but I managed 18 only before my arms cannot even move. Nevertheless, I still feel after a 2 day break I managed the first set very easily. When I get more motivated I’ll start the running. 15th cny day dinner later, shall control abit la.
