My Ears are getting Picky
Oh man! While listening to an old CD I ripped onto my laptop to save batt on my discman, I noticed it felt so flat and unreal. When I plugged into my CD player I could hear the difference! oh man! And I didn’t rip it at some sorry rate of 128kHz, I ripped it at 192kHz. My ears are getting picky!

Discipleship in the Church
I think, there is a need for formal discipleship in church. I guess there was in the past, but it never really became something solid and regular. I also know that there is provision for it such as material, disciplers and stuff.. I think just maybe its because we don’t emphasize it so greatly. Discipleship is like.. a relationship and accountability more than a lesson plan in the basics.

Long Day
My day seems to have connected together with yesterday, punctuated by two 2 hour naps. Was so tired I woke later for FBI but lucky aunty anna also late, then I slept through the entire second section. Now wait for lecture to happen. Going back to make my LCD screen work. Still have to program PIC and all that. Think I’m going to die man.

Early Morning Drive Again!
Picking pastor to airport at 345am. haha.. This is crazy. Anyway, shall probably come home and spend some time in the word before FBI. So much to settle. Everytime I feel unsettled I stop reading until a whole pile of backlog collects. Still, I’m only reading because what other way to get right again? Not strictly by reading.. but by disciplining myself to draw near again and to allow the word to convict.

I must choose one.The decision is not hard, but the battle is. Still, the war is already won.

I’m Getting Abit Fitter!
Now my somewhat irregular (but almost daily) exercise regime consists of
- 20 Situps
- 20 Squats + arm curl (do together, save time.. haha)
- 20 Pushups
- 30-40 Buddha clap + Tiptoes
- Rinse and repeat whole thing 1 more time
Its quite strenuous man. haha… Usually second set I can’t finish the push ups after 10 or so. Today I tried but I managed 18 only before my arms cannot even move. Nevertheless, I still feel after a 2 day break I managed the first set very easily. When I get more motivated I’ll start the running. 15th cny day dinner later, shall control abit la.
