Today’s EG2401 exam went smoothly. Predicted result is a B. I think, the credit can only go to God. Oh dearie me, still got 4 more. I’m not panicking but more like expecting bad stuff. Back to study! Must cram before dinner date with YX. Her birthday falls in the middle of children’s camp. So going to pak toh before I die on wed and thursday exams.

Interesting and scary article to read. I haven’t finished it.. just browsed through it after finding it on the BCM revamped website. What if all we do.. is just fako and not real? then we think its genuine? wah.. THAT.. is scary. But thankfully.. we have the bible to measure against.

Went with benji and dency over the 4 days ben is staying with them (20th-24th) and I just gave them a call before I sleep. Heh.. They borrowed a GPS and stuff. Here’s a map of the route I think

Wah! I met so many people in Ikea in one day

1. Joann’s Parents
2. Joann who came to pick them
3. This guy from my youth camp group which I forgot his name
4. Me and my sister’s primary school math teacher
5. Candice from ah band!

I was there to study with Zg and I had a nice breakfast there with him. I was terribly late though.. aha.. he called me and I didn’t even pick up until 930. Half hour after he got there, 1.5hrs after the time we’re supposed to meet. Heh..

Here’s candice. She plays played alto sax while we were in Ah band. We were laughing to tears at how we were obsessed with band and saw each other every single day. She has since changed abit.. works at expo there. She refused to take photo so I took one anyway. Its not too bad la..

This is the chao mugger ze gang. He ate like.. 2 and a half crossoints for breakfast. I, had at least 5 cups of coffee. Was feeling jittery on the way back home after.

Now, I’m going to read read a little. I have no clue what I have to do for saturday’s exam or what kinda questions will come out.

I dug up a cd player from the 90s (oh man! I’ve been alive that long!) and I’m using it now. Its so old school! My bro bought it last time. Absolutely delectable sound, construction is so good also.. magnesium alloy body and all. I’m going to try and mod it and stuff it with lithium batteries if I can. Going to ikea tomorrow to study with zg. No mp3 player so decided to grab this along. Some advantages of going old skool:

1. No need to spend some more money, most CDs I have already anyway
2. No need to sync or transfer songs, choosing what to listen is easy.. just grab disc before going out
3. Bringing a pile of discs is not so bad considering I already have like.. another 10kg of stuff anyway
4. Nobody wants to steal it
5. Sound quiality is wayyy higher than mp3. Of course, have to get better equipment to hear the difference

Hmm.. I actually think I like this more than an mp3 player. Its got about 40sec of buffer for shock proofing so I guess thats not too big a problem. Only think I don’t like is.. hmm.. I don’t know.. haha.. I think its so cool! I don’t think I listen to more than a CD each time I go out anyway. This way I can’t listen to music I download too. Lastly, My creative headphones don’t sound as bad as the day I got them already. Quite tragic I’m getting used to them. I thought they were totally crappy when I got them. Haha.. well, at least I didn’t pay for it and the insulation is decent.

I think I’m beginning to be happy with what I have. I have so much already. Just need to open my eyes to what I have instead of what I want

I think I’m in panic mode already. The frustration of not being able to do math is terrible. Anyways, I took a nap, went out for dinner at ajisen with my dad and calmed down already. I think I need to do a little more work now. Goodnight =>
