Lastly, its a design on the internet I saw and am trying out before I scale it up to normal size. The proportions are off.. but I wanted to test the funny cut. Appearently it works! so suprising.. I still have yet to find cordura, Seatbelts, shiny buckles and D-rings I can use on the bag. The prototype is going to be made of army slacks (they all have holes.. I’m cutting them up for free but tough cloth) and black vinyl inner lining supplied by Uncle David Wang. Once that is done.. I should have found some real cordura and I’ll make one for real! I expect the protoype to cost me under twenty bucks cos I have to find the thread, velcro and buckles. Anyone seen a junkyard in Singapore before? I need to find seatbelts and a pretty buckle.

Well, I had a bike got stolen day. Just 6 hours.. and its gone when I come back. This is such a mockery. For all the times I lock it there overnight it escapes these theiving scum.. this time I leave it for 6 hours in the middle of the day and it disappears. Sigh.

I got some prof who emailed me wanting to meetup to “see if i have any problems studying in the ECE dept”. Sigh. I missed Lab this morning again. I was just too tired to even get up so I went back to sleep. Actually I think I’m more likely trying to escape it by not going cos I really am so lousy at it. I don’t even know whats going on! Worse, its computer related module. Its eunice getting a piano piece she cannot play, david getting a patient with a bone problem he cannot deal with, Dr chua getting a cancer patient he doesn’t know how to treat, charissa getting a shoe too big for her to wear. haha.. oh well.. scrap the last one. This is the first time I see myself running away from something I cannot overcome. I hope he calls tomorrow.

I find this “day by day” phrase increasingly true in my life. What a difference a day makes.. one day up the mountain, another in the valleys.. Someone asked

“Hows your spiritual life?”

“Day by day loh.. the only way to describe it”

Dunno.. just think every single day need to find God and abide with him to get by.

Back late again. I feel like I’m understanding my work now, but far too late! I have only a day more to squeeze in 10 times what I’m understanding now, all of increasing difficulty.

I was thinking about how I kinda lost my temper in the morning. Well, it wasn’t an outburst but you know it when I start spouting very very scathing and sarcastic stuff. Its a very tempered temper.. Anyway, I suddenly realised I failed the test again. I encountered a situation where I could choose to react in love or in curt replies but I chose the latter. After I asked for more irritating ppl and situations to come around me to shape and mould me, God really answered my prayer and I fell face first into the ground. This really rocked my boat and kinda set off a chain of other stupid things because I pretended that it shouldn’t affect me when it was really regarding sin in my heart. Anyway, Sister Serene Then deserves an apology for the things I said and she will get one tomorrow. Oh man, I’m eating humble pie again. I think many many more servings are coming up with the cantata around the corner and so much work has to get done. IF you eat pie (macs apple pie, shepards pie, apple pie, π R squared) in the days to come, remember to pray for me when you say grace.

The first gift I gave YX was a 50c chao ta bao plastic folder I saw somewhere when I still didn’t like her yet. And.. I made a chao ta bao before also out of clay before (that was brutal sanding work). So thats the story behind the repeated kogepan appearances for the kaypoh.
