Photodump - Role Reversal Edition
Well, I met up with Michelle before whe booked into camp. She’s signed on as a naval engineer and doing BMT right now. In fact, she’s booking in for field camp this week. Here are some pictures
Firstle, I must say I appreciate these friends who I have known for so many years. Its a kind of feeling you don’t get with newer friends. I find the inertia to make new friends very high nowadays because everyone feels the same way too and just stick to ther clique.
Secondly, why “role reversal”? I was surveying the multitudes of guy recruits with their girlfriends walking around whitesands and I felt so weird because I was with a girl in uniform and it was a kind of role reversal. Haha.. we felt quite amused at that.. So we just went up, ate a little. I ate fruits because I already had a light dinner with YX. Then I went to see her off as she linked up with her platoon-mates. I made a duct tape bible and a duct tape zip-loc bag to accompany her outfield or on the water in the sea. Heh. So that was it for my evening!
