Goal Setting

Just to get my mind off stuff, I think I have a few new goals to add for this year.

  1. Get down to 85kg by the end of the year (7 more kg..)
  2. Wear a size 34 pants by the end of the year
  3. Go for either AHM / Sheares Bridge Run / Standard Chartered Marathon this year

I shall achieve that by

  1. Starting to eat oats and other assorted light foods in the day. No supper. Occasional bak chor mee is fine. No double meals! Less food dates and meetups.
  2. Same as above.. I’d have like.. another 6 pairs of pants to wear if I achieve this
  3. Go running a combined total of 20km a week for now. 10×2k, 5×4k or any other combination
