Valid States

Lately I’ve been thinking - Living in the valleys of difficult circumstance seems similar to a spiritual low it almost seems like one leads to the other or worse, they are the same. Yet as I type this, I’m thinking it is probably the other way round. Without difficult circumstance, you cannot have a victory. Just like if there’s no enemy there’s nobody to be victorious over. So is it logically possible to ask for victory yet ask God to put away all difficulties in life? Jesus asked God to put away his suffering but was met with a “no”. I guess we can ask for relief but still recognize that God’s will is bigger and better and more important.

I read too that prayer doesn’t move the hand of God. Praying according to God’s will changes us and allows God to work through us as we seek his will. Okay, taking this very technically is probably not a 100% accurate statement but just absorb the intended meaning okay?

Having dinner with the very busy Cheryl Cheong later.. But now.. its back to study! *a implies b, negation b implies negation a… blah blah blah*
