Oh well… its my second last! must do it well… been pretty quiet on my end, nothing much happening. just waiting for that day. The day i will feel so wierd.. and the day i end something long overdue. Its just my fault, nothing else. and i do it over and over again.until then! i’m looking forward to youth camp.. and to get out during the nights to children;s camp. oh well.. got to go do fieldpack inspection for those ppl, have to head back to coy line. later!

Its been a long time. I’ve changed again. Can you …

Its been a long time. I’ve changed again. Can you really grow up so fast in the army? My priorities, mindsets, logical thought, oganization and emotions have better come into check. Although i’m still prone to outbursts and strange unreasonable behaviour, i really feel different. Even now.. looking at this shit thing called field camp and range.. CONSECUTIVELY… i’m still not in a wreck over it despite teh knowledge that its really super tough to go through. Think doing it so many times really toughens anyone. I mean.. i actually have the confidence to face any troubles that will surely stir. In fact, i dun see it as so tough anymore. i just know it is.

Oh well, dowan to say too much too soon. Later halfway through then start dying again.

I’m in a tangle of my own doing, have to wait for the correct time to start repairing the damage. Waiting is killing me. Whats not done overnight, cannot be cleared overnight. Sigh. Not happy about it loh. I have so little to say about it now.

Oh well, at least i learned a few new things tonight from a certain someone. hmm.. somehow, when you ask diffecrent people the same thing, you get so many varied answers. haha.. or maybe i’m just the last one to notice. okay, gotta pack for book in. 2 more weeks…

218days to ORD!!!!

Its my birthday post.

I think i’m depressed cos i’m mising the 26th ASLC already. They are really ppl who started out as blur cocks.. then they slowly turned into men… haha… of course… with the inner child still locked inside, ready to be released everyevening after 1700hrs

This level of commitment which was required of them was really so high, too high to bear.

4 out of 6 from this batch lost their girlfriends to leopard coy.. i mean.. i thought it was only an isolated case but. The numbers speak for themselves.

Here’s something i learned from each of them:

XP - your intelligence and openess to suggestion really dun often come together in a person..

Alvin - You taught me “why be so ji4 jiao4 over duty?” the meaning of brotherhood and even more, the true meaning of “buddy” (although not mine.. haha.. i see them 2 get it on so well). The real charisma of a commander under the worst situations and how to push his men through them without force

Cheeeeee—Beh - Your super super discerning judgement which tells you when to fight and when to give in really earns any young spec’s respect. your irreverent humour and being able to make light of any situation is real welcome when you get into trouble. You make the gravity of the situation go away sometimes.

Hamtaro - The slack yet ‘get things done’ guy.. handed over the sai appt he held really well. Impressed by your handling of ammo.. wah lau.. OC still can say you did a good job man.

Pak - I’ll never forget what a !@#$%^@ you are. And for that, you gain my utmost respect as a responsible and EXTREMELY meticulous, DEMANDING, CAREFUL, NEATFREAK with lotsa FORESIGHT to see things that no one else would notice. your training standards are so #@!%&^# high.. effectiveness isn’t too far behind. I’ll pick up where you left off… and never disgrace the name of platoon 3!

Sigh.

The next bunk was so quiet last night. So silent that i had to get up to see what was wrong. No winning-11, no FF-XI, no TV, noMafia, no CD playing. Just a dark room with messy, empty beds. These ppl have moved on, their time had already come.

Their time is now.

MY time will come. And what will people remember me as?
